Sarah Cinquemani currently serves as an Assistant Attorney 3 within the Office of General Counsel for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in the Department’s Central Office in Albany. In this position, she provides legal support to the Division of Water on matters related to the New York City Watershed, water quality, and emerging contaminants. She also serves as an intern coordinator for the Office of General Counsel and selects and supervises interns throughout the year.
Prior to working for the Department, Ms. Cinquemani graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2018 where she served as the President of the Student Bar Association, a Productions Editor on the PACE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW REVIEW and a student clinician at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic. During law school, she interned with the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Protection Bureau and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In 2015, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Political Science from Adelphi University.
