Wendy Webb Williams is the Chief Legal Officer of Sara Lee Frozen Bakery LLC, leading both legal and compliance. After receiving her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2001, Wendy began her legal career as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Robert M Bell, Chief Judge (ret.) on the Maryland Court of Appeals, then joined McGuire Woods LLP in Baltimore, MD. Wendy joined US Foodservice, Inc. in 2007, and spent 8-years there in a variety of roles, eventually serving as Associate General Counsel, in which she supported the merchandising, compliance, operational strategy, employment and government sales functions. In September 2015, Wendy joined Mead Johnson Nutrition to lead the law department for the North America and Europe regions, supporting the commercial, regulatory and litigation needs in the US, Canada, and six countries in Europe. Mead Johnson Nutrition is the maker of the Enfamil family of infant and toddler food products and was acquired by Reckitt Benckiser. Wendy joined Sara Lee in December 2018.
